I bring to each session my own experience of recovery and much more; my approach is grounded in warmth, and empathy. I provide a safe environment where I hold the space for individuals as we address the various challenges they are encountering and teach practical tools, and skills to help my clients overcome any issues they are experiencing in the present moment so they may flourish and find peace.
